Compare the same specification
Confirm that every quotation covers the same model, material, dimensions, tolerances, packaging, quality checks and included documents. A lower unit price is not comparable when the specification or commercial scope differs.
Review the full commercial picture
Assess minimum order quantity, tooling, samples, payment terms, lead time, packing, inland collection and estimated freight. The relevant decision is the total landed and operational risk, not only the factory unit price.
Define milestones before ordering
Agree the purchase order, inspection or acceptance points, packing evidence, readiness date and required export documentation before funds and shipment commitments are made.
